  • Fixing a "Creative" setup

    I inherited a creative set up. They didn't like to use the "off hours" options for any of the auto attendants, and set up an on hours and off hours for all of them that needed it and used schedules at the various WGs to forward to the "right" auto attendant. Needless to say this makes tracking down why people are getting the wrong messages difficult, is there any way to find any reference to a specific extension? I am willing to search the DB if need be. This isn't going to be a common thing so I don't need a pretty or easy way to get or find the information.

    Anyone have any ideas or solved this issue before?
