  • What to do? Moved Shoretel server...

    So last week I migrated my Shoretel server to a VM. Everything worked great and my Shoretel server has been running flawlessly as if it never moved. Well I logged into Shoreware Director today and low & behold I have an error in the license requirements. I have a "mismatched MAC address" and in 41 days Shoreware Director will no longer be available unless the problem is corrected. I have the option at the top of the screen to "request system license key" but not sure if I should do that or not.
    Anyone know what I should do here?

    The system license key is tied to the mac address of the NIC card in your server. When you change machines you can either take the NIC out of your old machine and install it in the new or just request a new system license key.
