We are using Shortel 7. I am making custom reports in Crystal that pull data from both shortel and our ticketing system to give our leadership an overview of our calls and tickets. I'm trying to calculate the talk time seconds etc but the way I'm joing the tables is not the best way. I see that shoretel has a SP_workgroupagentdetail that does it for their built in reports, but I don't want to have to pass arguments to it each time and need to add a few fields. Is there any other user besides st_cdrreport(which has no access to view the SP). I tried using root with shorewaredba as the PW and it said access denied. Any help would be appreciated. Even what that SP says would be find. Thanks

If you tried root and that didn't work then either someone has changed the password or you were not trying it from the Shoretel server itself. root is only allowed to connect from localhost.

Yep I am not running it from the server. I am using a viewer on my desktop. Is there a viewer that is already installed with MYSQL that may be on the server already or do I have to install a viewer on it?

The MySQL command-line client is in the MySQL bin folder under Shoreware Server. i.e. C:\program files\shoreware server\mysql\bin\mysql.exe

I would recommend you grant yourself access from a different machine via this client.

can you tell me how you got access to the raw data? We recently purchased ShoreTel 8.0, and have not been able to access the c2g (cradle to grave) database. Is that where your data come from, or are you using the CDR data?
