  • Workgroup problem

    We have a workgroup setup and we have a couple agents that are part of thiw workgroup whose phones do not ring while everyone's rings. They can get direct calls but not "queue" calls. Any ideas?

    Workgroup or Hunt Group?
    Are they logged in? What type of call distribution? Top Down or Longest Idle?

      I had the same problem yesterday while testing the different distribution types. I created a new extension, added to a new workgroup, logged it in, but it wouldn't receive WG calls. I could call it directly, though. I tried each distribution type, but it never received a call - even when it was the only phone logged in!

        In the WG, what is the current call handling mode? It should be On-Hours
