Ensure you are using the voicemail form in Outlook to do the forward (the one you use to play the message) and not the forward button in the main Outlook window.

Does the person you are trying to forward to have Call Manager and Outlook Voicemail Integration istalled and working properly?

Yes, after more investigating (other trouble shooting done by our helpdesk), I discovered the message shows and plays from the Outlook applet, but doesn't show up in the Call Manager, or when dialing into the voicemail, nor is it in the deleted items. What's strange is when playing the message from Outlook, it does play over the phone.

It's only with this one message, user is able to forward other messages. I did find other tech's post this error. Their fix was to reinstall the outlook intergration. If this error happens again, I'll try a uninstall from outlook, and install it.

        Delivery error: 0XC1100741

I came across this again, and I was wondering if it has anything to do with moving the 'voicemail' into a personal folder (PST).

I noticed that when you move a voicemail (tapi applet, not the .wav file) from Outlooks inbox, to a personal folder, the voicemail on the Communicator(call Manager) goes to the deleted items.

If the deleted items are deleted within 24hrs, I don't quite understand how voicemails from months ago can play from the phone by using the tapi applet that was moved in the personal folders.

Has anyone tried to forward an old voicemail from a personal folder?

The workaround was also in another thread, when forwarding , click on Options and choose “Select from Global Address List” (instead of “select from Voicemail Address book”).

I know this is an old post but I'm having the same problem.

Forwarded messages through Communicator work perfectly fine, email delivery for .wav file works fine etc.

However, when messages are forwarded from the Outlook Applet it fails and gets the same undeliverable message when using "Select from Voicemail Address Book" and gets an Outlook send/receive error when you select "Select from Global Address List"

We have completely uninstalled / reinstalled Communicator (and deleted all left over registry keys and files) and did the same with Outlook all with no change.

When using Outlook as voicemail there are two options in communicator, "Attach wav to message when moved" and "Delete voice mail when message is moved to another folder." These used to be checked by default when using Outlook integration. I believe what's happening is when the message is moved to another folder its attaching the wav and deleting it from the server. Later when forwarding using the Voicemail Address Book the server can't find it because its been deleted and only exists in Outlook as an attachment.

So, I believe the only way to forward is using the Global Address List as suggested above but this depends on the Address Book configuration. In Outlook go to Tools and open the Address Book. In the Address Book window go to Tools, then Options and change the "Show this address list first" to Global Address List.

            Hope that helps.
