  • Running "repair" on Shoreware Director

I'm a dealer with a ShoreTel Demo kit. It runs on XP (not 2003) and has two instances of ShoreTel Remote TAPI Service Provider running --one for the Personal Call Manager (that sits on the XP Box to show prospects) and one for the voicemail server.

Tech support instructed me to remove one of the two instances of TAPI. Apparently, this was in error. I was subsequently instructed to remove the Call Manager program (using uninstall) and run ShoreWare Director repair. Removing the program is easy. Does anyone know where/how to run ShoreWare Director "repair"

    Thanks

Go to Add/Remove Programs and click remove. You will then have the option for repair.

Thanks. I'm going to download the software and burn it to a disk first.

Melb did you go to the Shoretel training at the end of March in Chicago?
