  • International Dialing - Remote Office

    Our users in the remote office can dial outside and internal without issue. However, they are not able to dial international numbers. This is a remote office with a different IP Schema. Not a different site. Merely an extension of the home office. Any thoughts?

    User Group permissions? Outbound restrictions on the trunk group (would affect all users)?

      Thanks for the info. Some of the users were required to be in a different group in order to dial international.
