How can you change a "Site Name" ???

We recently installed a Shoretel 8.1 Networking 5 remote locations, however the customer is requesting that we change one of the location names from "Western" to "Chicago". Is this something that can easily be done?

Just rename the site under the SITES section. No impact.

Great thanks! Do you know if we can easily change the "Server Name"

Just rename it under "application server". Dont' change the actual server's hostname, that will cause problems, but changing the name in the ShoreWare Director is no problem.
