    Here is a request maybe you can help me with.

    I am trying to get together some simple reports for our management.

    Most of their requests I can do with the established reports.

    There are a few things I can't find through.

    One is a full list of the voicemails and if they are unheard or not. You get SOME of that on the VoiceMail Server status page, but ideally I would like a list by mailbox of all unheard messages and how long they have been unheard.


    Also has anyone seen or made a report to show how incoming calls to VM and outgoing calls match up? Yes obviously the return calls wont be to the incoming caller ID at all times, but by looking at the overall average we should be able to see any significant deviations.

    Basically we have had complaints about people either sending calls straight to voicemail and not listening to them and then about people not returning the calls and we are trying to figure out where the issues are.

    Also is there a way to run the User Summary report but break it down by day? I see you can do it by 30 minutes but would love it by day.

    I'm sure we can come up with a solution to meet your needs, as we already can pull much of the information about voice mails.
