  • Voicemail Messages

    Is there any way we can easily check which mailboxes have unheard voice messages in them? We are a college and need to check that messages are being responded to when callers leave them on staffroom phones.

    Any info would be gratefully received.

    One possibility would be to set up escalation profiles for unheard messages, but this doesn't sound quite like what you what you want. This would also have to be set up for each user. Another possibility would be a custom application similar to the one shown below.       You would need to have Shoretel 8.x I believe.

      Go into Maintenance and then Voicemail Severs
