How do I get CDR over 30 days? I see call summary goes back 3 months but not enough detail.

They should be in the x:\shoreline data\call records folder.

For example, mine are named

CDR-12-2006.mdb
CDR-01-2007.mdb
CDR-02-2007.mdb
CDR-03-2007.mdb
CDR-04-2007.mdb

Also, there the big CDR.mdb file that has all of this data in it.

In order to run reports older than thirty days, you need to do more work. If you look on their web page , there is a tech note on how to do it, and if you cannot find it, let me know and I can fax it to you.

Can't I just pull the reports from the mdb file, like copy and modify?

The reports are not actually ran from Access, it is a crystal report that pulls its data from that database, but it will only look at the CDR.MDB file, nothing else, so you need to create a new folder, copy all of your CDR records into the new folder and also copy all of the Crystal report files too, then there are some more steps, but once it is all setup, it is rather easy.
