  • Trunk ID number

Does anyone know where the trunk test tool pulls the trunk ID number from? Is that something that can be sequentially configured? I have six PRI's and 2 dozen analog lines and my ID's range from ID#384 up to ID#5856. I would like to re-number them if possible.
    TIA..

not sure where it gets it from, but I've never cared. I can sort by site number, group, or name.

Do you label your PRI channels?
    Tampa PRI (1)
    Tampa PRI (2)
    Tampa PRI (3)

and you analog trunks with their numbers?
    813-555-1212
    813-555-1213

    makes life easy.

That is exactly how I label them and it really isn't a problem. I guess it's just curiosity and the stickler in me wanting a pretty sequential picture..lol

      Thanks Charles.
