We have a couple of phones that are always showing missed calls. Even after you receive another call or make a call to someone else, it still shows a missed call. Is there any way to remove it? I've rebooted the phone, but it's still showing up? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Interesting. A user called me a minute ago about this and thought I would check the forum, but just a sec ago I have the missed call too, yet the original caller, hers is now gone. Weird because now there is two of us in the same office complex with the same issue.
I think another way to do it is to restart the phone affected. At least do that until the fix is available.

I have seen this several times, usually re-starting the offending SG switch will clear it up and it does not come back for quite some time (ver. 9.1). Moving the phone around will clear it on that phone in particular but does not get the display service (which is run off of the switch) to restart and therefore never really fixes the problem.
