  • Error in date Format

I entered a new custom schedule to handle our Christmas hours and I noticed I made an error, so I've return to the "Edit Custom Schedule" screen to find a the following error

    Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0005'

Invalid procedure call or argument: 'FormatDateTime'

    /ShoreWareDirector/schedule.asp, line 81

And there's nothing I can to delete the record, nothing works. Any ideas on how to remove this record from my Shoretel System?

        A few questuion and suggestions

        Questions
Is the server (AKA ShoreTel Server) a stand alone work group server?
Is the server a Windows Server 2003 Standard?
Is the Server installed under VMWare?

        Suggestions
Make sure that FTP anonymous in IIS is set correctly or not turned off
Make sure you are logged in to the server as Administrator (NOT A USER WITH ADMIN PRIVILEGES)
        Uninstall IIS
        Reinstall IIS
run the Shoretel setup (Choose Repair) when prompted

You have an invalid record in your database, probably in the ScheduleItems table.
