Hunt Groups - Make Busy

Hopefully this is an easy answer, I have an idea, but want to know for sure.

The admin guide says (for *18)...
"You can busy out the hunt group when all members are unavailable. Calls are then forwarded to the Busy Destination."

Is the busy destination the Backup Extension, or the Call Stack Full destination?

I know how to make busy when onsite with a Shoretel phone, and through the Director, but besides using a softphone, is there a way to Make Busy remotely over the phone?
