  • No Voicemail

    Voicemail is blank, dead air, no greeting, and caller stays connected until they hang up. Rebooted server all services start and getting one error in event viewer.

    Faulting application MailServ.exe, version 12.5.7203.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0002a756.

    I just check and our auto attendant does not work either.

    Any Thoughts?

      First thought are you using RDP to connect to the server? If so stop and install VNC, RDP kills the AA and voice mail.

        You don't need to remove RDP. Just disable audio redirect via group policy. This is a known MS issue and as long as you don't do audio redirect, it won't occur.

        Rebooting your server will clear the issue.
