  • Public folder contact fail to import in Vista

    After a recently changing all desktops to Vista, we have had a strange issue come up. Public folder contacts are now failing to import most of the time.

    The client logs show the following:

    11/28/2008 15:08:16.298 ADT
    Failure opening folder "Server Failures".
    Contacts in this folder or any of its subfolders are not accessible
    The error returned was: MAPI_E_NO_ACCESS(0x80070005)

    11/28/2008 15:08:16.517 ADT
    Address book folder "Outlook Address Book"
    Error reading contents: MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT(0x80040102)

    We have tried making the use a local administrator and turning off UAC, smame result.

    Anyone else seen this before, any solution?
