  • PCM Call Details --> Support Info

    In PCM, it is possible to get a "Support Info" string by clicking "Call Details" and then the "Support Info" link. How can I go about using this number to get detailed information about a call??

    The Support Info is the Call GUID that can be used to trace the call in the ShoreTel Services logs (located in the d:\shoreline data\logs folder).
