  • PCM Silent install

Shortly I will be upgrading Shoretel 7.0 to 7.5 . I'm having to upgrade Conference Bridge and Contact Center first, I also had to change the subnet of the Director and move Director to a new physical server since the old one would barely handle 7.0 .

What I'm looking for is a way to install 7.5's call manager without the user having to do anything. We are planning on using SCCM to push the update over the weekend after I install 7.5 . Does anyone know of a way to push an install of the 7.5 PCM upgrade that doesnt ask for any user intervention?

Wouldn't pushing the MSI with Active Directory Group Policy meet your requirements?

i dont think the users will be asked for anything, the install will happen on boot up.

Their settings should be retained from the 7 to 7.5 upgrade......
