  • Can't forward VM in Call Manager Error

    Hello,

    I am having a problem with one particular user who people can't forward voicemails to from the Shoretel Call Manager software. When I enter in the persons name and click "Send" it tells me:

    Error
    You need to Specify one of more recipients.


    I compared this user to other users in the Director software and cannot find any difference between them. I can forward just find to other users. It seems to be related to just this one user that myself and others cannot forward to.

    Any ideas?

    Upgraded our shoretel software - fixed the issues - this was a known bug apparently.
