  • Sites and calling different countries

    Hi all

    I set up a new site yesterday in NY with our main Server in the UK. I can now not call a US number from the UK and can not call a UK number from the US. Local country calls work and calls to other countries work but not calls to the country with my site in it.

    Idealy I would like it if i call some where in the US that it goes through the US site but i'd like to fix this problem first.

    I'd be looking at Intersite Bandwidth settings for each site, trunk group permissions for the various user groups and trunk access codes need to be the same on both trunk groups.
