  • MakeCDRArchive procedure

I am currently trying to create a separate archive datebase using the makecdrarchive.exe command line utility. I am running V7.5 and using the instructions from the administration guide...makecdrarchive -s localhost -d databasename

When I enter the following command makecdrarchive -s shoretelserver -d shoretelcdrarchive I get the following error...
"There was an error in the format of the input parameters"
    File: makecedarchive
    Usage: MakeCDRArchive [options ...]
    where options include:
    -d databasename

Does anyone know the correct parameters for this command?
Does anyone have additional information on setting up an separate archive database.

    Thanks
    Jeff

if the error is what I think, it's an incorrect database name.

the correct database name is shorewarecdr
