  • Direct Find Me to a certain Channel

    Hi All -
    We are having an issue with our local telecommunications company unblocking the ability to allow our Shoretel system to pass caller-id.

    They have offered to do a whitelist, but for incoming calls that are forwarded using Find Me, that obviously wouldn't work. (It would work for our DID list)

    So, they are offering to unblock that on a couple of the channels on our PRI (for a monthly fee). So, I obviously don't want to pay for all of the channels to have this functionality.

    Is there a way to program Find Me and forward functions to those channels automatically?
