New To Shoretel

Just want to say hello. 3 Weeks ago found out I will be assisting with the Telecom for the company I work for. Shoretel is being deployed through out and I get to learn the ins and outs.

<---- Newb. So I will be trolling here often I am sure. I appologize now if something comes off as " You don't know that"

I was involved with the installation and deploment of the site I am located out and in the very near future ( Mid Dec ) I get to build by first site.
