  • Where are PCM speed dials stored?

    quick question, where are Speed Dials defined through the PCM interface actually stored? (need to restore them for a user - or knowing where they disappeared from might help us fix another issue with OfficeAnywhere)

    In Shoretel's configuration database, which is an Access MDB on <=7.5 or MySQL database "shoreware" on >7.5. I'm guessing the table SpeedDials. :_smile:
