  • anyone use bandwidth.com?

Was looking to replace our underutilized LD PRI with about 10 trunks from bandwidth.com. These trunks would only be used for LD and we would keep our local PRI for DIDs, incoming and local calls.

Anyone have any experience with bandwidth.com good or bad? How was the setup? Any ongoing issues? Is the InGate box easy to install?

    Thanks in advance

We haven't had any problems. The voice quality is excellent and the bandwidth.com tech's shipped the ingate pre-configured. Plugged into our DMZ and we were up within 10mins.

Forgot to mention, on the shoretel side, just followed the tech note and it worked first try.
