  • Route Point to Contact Center

    I added 5 additional route points to a up and working contact center. I already have 15 working correctly. I configured the additional 5 just like the 15 both in the Shoreware Director and The Contact Center. When try to access the one of the new route point ext I get a messsage saying I'm sorry that is not a valid extension. Any Ideals?
