we setup on net dialing in our in house system as we have several customers on the system. each site has a 2 digit extension but they still show up in the PCM. talking to shoretel he told me that the users will only not show up in the directory on the phone but will show up in the PCM. he didnt seem very confident. anyone ever set this up let me know
