  • PCM Sounds

I recently installed ShoreTel 8.0 Build 13.9.9403.0 for a customer. I programmed monitor extension buttons on the Personal Call Manager's. I programmed them to no ring and speed dial when idle. The problem is the PC rings whenever any of the monitored extensions are called. I went to the PCM and de-selected enable sounds. I still get the ringing when the monitored extension is called. In 7.5 I could go to Control Panel-Sounds&Audio Devices-Sounds-Program Events-Scroll to Call Manager-Extension Monitor-Select None. I could not find Call Manager in the program events for 8.0.

Has anyone ran into this and what was your resolution? Thanks.
