  • Parking a Call on an Externally Assigned User

    Build 12.14.8701.0

    For some reason our receptionists cannot Park any calls on someone who is Externally Assigned. The call is put on hold but cannot be Parked at all. We don't use Auto-Attendant during the day and instead have two receptionists that use the Extension Monitor.

    Any ideas?
