    In a few weeks we will be migrating from a PBX to ShoreTel. We have several tenants on our system who we bill back for local and toll calling. Are there provisions in the ShoreTel system to send call records to an external device for costing or can this be done internally within the ShoreTel system?

    Does anyone do this?

    ShoreTel has some very basic call reports built in but also has the capablility to output call records to third party call accounting software via the serial port on the ShoreTel server. We currently use Microcall Call Accounting software.

      Thanks for the information! I'm going to check out Microcall also as our current vendor wants a fortune to upgrade and make the change.
