  • Extension monitor default startup view

    Hi, we have and RDP environment with shoretel installed on the ts.

    The majority of our users have the extension monitor docked to the right and this stays that way the next time they log into their session.

    However for some users this is not the case. When shoretel starts up with windows the extension monitor pops on to the desktop up in ful detailed view and undocked. What is the best approach to have the ext. monitor default to the docked right hand view?

    NB. all user completely log off, they do not lock their sessions.
