import corporate phone lists to 7.5

I need to add several hundred names and external phone numbers into our new 7.5 Shoretel system.

Is there an easy / straightforward way of doing this?

Yes have a admin do it. jk the only way I know of is through director. Do you have public folders through ms outlook? If so and all of the information is already in outlook you can have pcm import it from there. The downside of that is it will not work off the directory button on the phone.
