I am no Excel wizard and a customer asked me for a report of International calls by user and I don't see any way of doing that easily? I don't play with the reports very often and when I just exported Trunk Detail and User Detail it was giant reports that did not let me select In, Out, or any specifics? Anyone tackle this one already so I don't have to re-invent the wheel? Thanks, Randy
