  • prevent # or 0

Does anyone know if there is a way to prevent someone from skipping voicemail by pressing # or 0 for the operator?

    thanks

Program 0 and # to do something different than transfer to operator in the AA programming. Or program those keys to do nothing at all in the AA. If I am reading this correctly, that should fix it.

0 is programmable in the call handling mode for each user. I think # is part of the dial plan and can't be changed easily.
