Second incoming call - No ring...

Something's happened here. When a user is on an existing call and a second call comes in the phones used to ring once to alert the user of the new call. Suddenly we have no audible alert (ring) on a second call, just a flashing led. Anybody run into this? Before I open a ticket with TAC I thought I would ask here. We are currently running release 7.0, build 12.5.8107.0, (Yeah, I know it's an old load. We've got over 1300 users here and are waiting for release 8 to become GA before we upgrade).
