  • PCM CC Login

    I'm getting a red x and server unavailable on my PCM once I login as a Contact Center agent. Any Ideal why. I.m running rel 4.66.02

    FYI I'm running Shoretel 8 13.9.5704 and it saids System Unavailable

      check your TAPI settings

      We have been having the same issue, out of the blue, our TAPI settings get blown out. To check them, go to Control panel > Phone and modem > Advanced > ShoreTel Remote TAPI service

      Make sure that the server name and login are entered there.
