  • Outlook Calendar Form

    Anyone know why the install button (and section) woud be greyed out in the calendar form area? I need to install the outlook calendar form, but the option is greyed out. Thanks

    You have to install the outlook Collaborative Data Objects. Then you have to exit out of call manager, right click the task bar icon and say exit all, then restart Call manager.

        If you are running Outlook 2007 this issue can occur due to the lack of the CDO Library. This library can be downloaded from Microsoft here:Collaboration Data Objects

        Once the CDO library is installed the feature will be available.

          Just to add, if you not on 2007 but prior, you will add CDO through the Add remove programs aka Microsoft Office Modify.

          Go to Add remove programs> choose MS Office > choose Change
          from the dialog select > Add or Remove Features
          Uncheck everything but Outlook
          Check - Choose Advanced customizations and applications
          Drop the Outlook Hive down and choose Collaboration Data Objects (It will have a red x in it until you select it

          then Update
