    PCM 8.0 Extension Monitor???

    I have looked all through this thing and apperantely extension monitor is now gone. I have a license for operator call manager, and set the COS permissions to allow monitor of calls. What have some of you guys done as a work around or am I just missing something.

    It is now called "contacts." You have to add the extensions in to monitor.
