  • ShoreTel and Maximizer CRM

    Hello Everyone,

    I was wondering if anyone has tried to integrate Shore-Tel with Maximizer CRM. I know Shore-Tel works with Net Suite and Sales Force but we're trying to get it to integrate with Maximizer Enterprise 10 and we've run into a few issues concerning the TAPI.

    If anyone has successfully paired these two products I would be thrilled to hear from you, and if you've tried and failed I'd also be interested in hearing about your experiences.

    If you do not find an answer, you may want to look into the Developer Network Package. You can work directly with ShoreTel Product Development Engineering. They help you build/implement what you are designing for your company. Is what my understanding of it is.
