  • Reports

    Does anyone have much experienc pulling more info out of the system for reports. The 10 canned reports cover most of the little stuff, but I have a few customers who want more or different details including dialed out numbers. Any ideas or things that the group has tried would be helpful.

    The reports are Crystal RPT files - so if you setup an ODBC connection to the CDR db and make copyies of the original rpt files (never change the base rpt files) you can modify them. Anyone that is data savvy with Crystal can create custom reports. The nice thing about doing this is that the reports that you create can be placed anywhere and don't have to reside on the server (like ShoreTel's reports do now).
