I installed the PCM on our webserver (Win2003, IIS6, 32bit) and was able to configure the Shoretel Remote TAPI Service Provider via the Phone and Modem Options in the control pane.

Everything worked great, our web server could make calls...

We recently upgraded our web sever (Win 2008 & IIS7 & 64bit), installed the call manager and now there is no option to add a Provider under Phone and Modem Options. If I log into the call manager it works correctly, however I need configure the it via the TSP because the server is a route point.

    We are currently using ShoreTel_7_Build_12.5.7203.0.....

Does anyone have info how to make the provider show up?
