  • SIP Bandwidth.com unable to transfer from CM

    I have a new Shoretel system with SIP trunks from Bandwidth.com We set everything correctly per the tech notes. incoming call route to a hunt group where the receptionist answers. If she uses the Call Manager to complete the transfer it rings back too her and the transfer will not go. also if she does not answer it then should roll to an Auto Attendant but if she does not answer the caller gets dead air. the call does not roll to the AA it just goes ??? Thrunk test tool shows the call still connected but to "unknown" has anyone else had trouble with SIP trunks or do I have an isolated trouble that can be fixed and how?

    What Version of ShoreTel?

    Are you using the Ngate Siperator?

    And did you follow the App note to the letter not deviating one item?
