  • Call Transfer

    Here's my issue. I have 26 sites of which 22 of them are completely analog phones. The other four sites are completely IP. The issue I'm having is that all call transfers are consultive transfers . Now at my sites that are completely IP, I've just increased the Delay After Collecting Digits in the IP Phone Option menu and as long as the people complete the transfer by hanging up the phone within the timeframe on the delay the system will treat it as a blind transfer and the call is off their phone . The problem I'm having is there's no delay I can set for analog phones, so every transfer I make with an analog phone is a consultive transfer and the call remains on that phone until the party that I transferred the call to answers.

    Any suggestions????
