Is there a way to change the greeting for the Backup AA? Also when it says to press 0 for assistance, can I change where that is directed?

The Back up AA is not changeable (Per say) with out cost. Honestly, I do not know if it is hard coded on the SG or loaded at initial Start up / initialization.

The zero out point is two distinct areas one is the Sites Page > Operator Extension

Or for specific Users you can set a Personal Assistant >User Edit > Personal Options > Call Handling Modes > Personal Assistant
