Has anyone created an user guide for the IP 8000? The user guide provided is horrible. I can not believe Shoretel thinks the user guide is acceptable. I thought I would ask here before I created my own. Thanks.

Yeah the intructions are bad. I set one up and it took me a long time to get it up. I take it you are talking about the Shoreware Director setup not what the buttons do. it was a while ago when i set it up, but if you need help let me know.Comment

I have not had any issues getting an IP8000 phone to work. The issue is the documentation gives a horrible user guide. It does not show how to add or drop people from a conference. I had to go to the manufacturer's website to find more information. Their user guide is not much better. I will create my own user guide to give to the customer. Thanks for the replies.Comment
