We have numerous users who have button-boxes.
One user in particular has a beeping noise when the users who are setup on the button box as "Monitor Extension" get phone calls.
The other users also have buttons setup as "Monitor Extension" but, they don't have a beeping associated with their buttons.
Is there any way to turn off the beeping that occurres on the "Montior Extension"
