    Wont work in general form, you can use the Web GUI, but that is pretty limited in use

    There are Windows Emulation programs you can use on a MAC and run PCM, but it is limited in use as well. ShoreTel does have a document / App note on running on a MAC and clearly implies it is not supported

      Just to update, YES, it does run flawlessly on Parallels! Operator Call Manager, extension monitor, all are working great! It integrates fully with the Mac desktop (it just looks like an ugly Windows app). Oh and we are on ShoreTel 7.
