How to configure Presence information on Phones

Hello All,

Is it possible to have presence info off outher users on the IP phones if we don't have PCM?
If so, how do we configure it?
I am running Shoretel 7.5

Configure a call monitor button for the ext's you want presence for. It will only show when they are on external calls.

Thanks for that, I did have it configured but for only one device, it needs a minmum of a pair of users monitoring each other

That would be correct, if your using the example of two users Ext A and Ext B

Each would need to have a monitor button for each.

Or if a single monitor Ext A can monitor Ext B

Its function is not Inclusive to having to configure two users.

For instance Say Ext A is the Supervisor, Ext A wants to see what Ext C, B and D (In this case Hard Coded Buttons / Executive Staff)

Ext A would need all three Buttons programed on Ext A's Phone (aka Ip 560, 230 so on)

Or in the same scenario if it is on demand monitor, you can leave the ext field blank in the program buttons and this will allow the Ext A Supervisor to input the Ext of Choice
