  • Call Manager/ On Hold/

Have 2 users at our remote site that have this weird problem. I was wondering if anyone has run into this. Site is running 7.5 12.14.4002.0

When the user(s) puts the active call on hold (via. call manager or hold button on phone) and then attempt to make an outgoing call they dont get a dialtone (or anything).. and cannot make an outgoing call until they hang up with the person they have on hold.

I thought it might have something to do with the users call stack size but those are set up fine (8 currently)

    Thanks!

Well, it is a large system (2000 + users) so they arent in the position to upgrade YET.. We just got the system stable a month or so ago! : )

I understand, read the build / release notes for the latest GA for ST7.5
validate that any bug listed as fixed is a match for what you have.

Suggesting, if it is only happening to the two Users

        Can you
Delete One user, shut down the phone and test to see if it occurs?

If it does, add the user back, turn up the phone and test does it occur?

I think you may see where I am going, there may be an issue between users
